Good to know

Good to know:  Every day around 9 a.m., as a result of cancellations, some passport appointments are put back online to be rebooked. This currently represent more than ten appointments per day, available in the following weeks.

If you book a new appointment, don't forget to cancel any existing appointment that you no longer need so that it can be booked by someone else.

New identity document & EU Settlement Scheme

New identity document & EU Settlement Scheme

If you have a status under the EU Settlement Scheme, you can add your new passport on your UKVI account. You must always have a valid identity document linked to your account.

In order to do so, you will need the number of the identity document you used to make your application, so keep it handy!

Possibility to renew your passport in Belgium

When you are registered with a Belgian embassy abroad, it is always possible to renew your passport in a Belgian commune (For example: the commune where you were born, the last commune in which you were registered or that of your parents). To do this, please contact the relevant municipal administration to make an appointment with them.

1. You must be registered with this Embassy.

2. Book an appointment online. Please book 1 appointment slot per person applying for a passport. This applies to minors (under 18) as well. All info filled out in the appointment application needs to concern the person for whom the passport will be made.
