Ambassadeur Barzun préparerait et servirait des crêpes américaines pour le personnel de l’Ambassade belge à la Résidence à Belgrave Square si l’équipe belge battait les EU.

On 12th July, the annual Belgian Parade at the Cenotaph in Whitehall took place. On this occasion, HRH Prince Laurent, representing the Belgian King, laid a wreath at the monument. The ceremony was also attended by the Belgian Defence Minister and the UK vice-Minister of Defence, various British and Belgian civil and military authorities and veterans as well as detachments from military education establishments.

Last weekend provided football for players and spectators of all ages in Glasgow and at Wembley. The 0-2 victory of the Red Devils in Scotland brings them one step closer to next year’s World Cup in Brazil. In London, the 14th edition of the Danone Nations Cup, the greatest football competition dedicated to children (10 to 12 years old), took place at Wembley Stadium on 7 September.
