Agoria Solar Team
20 students form the basis of the Agoria Solar Team. They have fifteen months for the design and the construction of the next solar car, in order to participate in the Bridgestone World Solar Challenge of 2019, the world championship for solar cars.
The Punch 2 is the seventh solar car of the Agoria Solar Team. The Punch 2 participated in the world championship of 2017 and finished in third place out of 45 teams. In October 2018, the Belgian Solar Team won with this car the Carrera Solar Atacama in Chile, which is the most extreme race for solar cars.

Barco Demetra is a next-gen skin imaging platform for dermatologists and primary care. It comes with future groundbreaking deep learning algorithms that will support clinical decisions in real time. Demetra is co-developed with leading dermatologists to improve the diagnosis of skin disease.
Bingli is an innovative software (chatbot) to connect patients and doctors. Bingli offers solutions and processes throughout the whole patient-doctor interaction that are built around a self-learning/AI-driven, digital anamnestic service. Bingli’s interview is based on medical decision-making techniques and differential diagnostic reasoning resulting in a substantial time gain, increased patient involvement, better diagnosis and better health outcomes.
We will give the opportunity to act as a patient and simulate a disease. Our chatbot will conduct the smart medical interview and ask the relevant questions to propose to the doctor a differential diagnosis. You will also be able to see the output to the doctor, i.e summary of anamnesis and differential diagnosis.

DreamWall offers a complete solution for TV and media producers: virtual set and augmented reality design, data integration but also on-site setup and operations. We are the strongest “virtual” specialist in Europe and we have a strong expertise in Election nights, sports magazines and weather programs. We participated in Soccer Worldcup 2018 daily shows with TF1 (FR), we livebroadcast Europaleague’s RTBF nights from our own virtual studios Keywall in Belgium. We also did AR and production for European elections 2019.
We manage the whole process from virtual set creation on Unreal Engine to virtual live production. Our aim is to deliver a state-of-art solution to our media partners worldwide. We have an ability to innovate and add value to the content. Each project include some kind of innovation for our client. We’ll be showing freshly released solutions for election nights and sports magazines.
Flexible Robotic Solutions
FRS Robotics is a Belgian company specialised in solutions to automate ultrasonic quality control with a multi-axis robot. Automotive and aerospace manufacturers will benefit from a faster, more robust and accurate, and more flexible automated process, resulting in higher production quality, increased competitive value while removing operator strain.
FRS Robotics will show the robotic ultrasonic quality control of vehicle doors, hood, trunk and other parts of the Audi e-tron produced in the Audi Brussels factory. Previously executed manually, the robot cell has the intelligence to autonomously execute the ultrasonic measurements, further increasing inspection quality and economic efficiency.

Melexis will be showing a virtual Reality automotive cabin: Melexis developed a unique VR experience especially for electronica Munich 2018. In the virtual Melexis car, visitors will fully and interactively discover the many novel applications for current sensing and Time-of-Flight (ToF) sensors. Accompanied by video footage, visitors will also be able to understand how other Melexis sensors enhance the modern vehicle.

The workforce tripled in two years from 14 to 50 employees, all of whom are experts in their field. Nanopixel created an interactive story telling virtual reality experience with high visual quality that explains how microchips are used in today’s and future technology in vehicles. Our experience was, for example, used as an eye-catcher for a Melexis booth on an event.

This process allows us to go from solid state to gas instantly, thus expanding the contaminant from its substrate. In some cases, a limited amount of the contaminant may vaporise. All contamination is instantly vacuumed away to reduce the impact of our intervention to a minimum. Our technology does not create any turbulence, nor does it add secondary waste.

Our autonomous strawberry picking robot Rubion finds its way through the crop (courtesy of Xenion), picking berries like the ideal human picker, without bruising the strawberries. The robotic system is equipped with quality monitoring, which allows for sorting, crop monitoring and precision farming. Thanks to the robotic arm, picking and putting down the berries happens in one smooth movement, with the exact preferred weight in every punnet.
