Police certificate

To obtain a Belgian police certificate/criminal record check, you should request the document directly from the Central Criminal Records Office of FPS Justice. The certificate is issued free of charge. You need to complete the application form and send it to them by email: strafregister@just.fgov.be / casierjudiciaire@just.fgov.be

If you wish to obtain a police certificate that covers a period of time when you resided outside Belgium, you must contact the authorities of your country of residence at the time. 

The embassy does not have any powers to issue police certificates.
